WELCOME and THANK YOU for visiting our website!

Here you will find information concerning the Alexandria Baptist Church family and its ministries. We hope you find your time spent here a blessing. Our Church family is warm and loving, and we want you to feel comfortable and at liberty to call on us for anything you need. Feel free to browse through the various areas of our website to learn about our fellowship.

If you are considering a new place of worship, or a relocation to our area, we would love to have you be our guest in any of our services or meetings.

When you visit with us, you will find:

  • A caring Church family that will sincerely and gladly welcome you;
  • Believers in JESUS the CHRIST who are ready and willing to pray with you;
  • Capable individuals who can and will introduce you to JESUS as personal LORD and Savior;
  • Preaching, teaching, and discipleship that is centered on the Word of God; and
  • Ministries designed to meet the spiritual needs of every age group.

Again, thank you for visiting our website. We look forward to meeting and ministering to you, both here and in person at our house of worship. Please find our contact information and prayer request link if we can be of service to you or your family. Prayers and God bless. <><

In CHRIST's service . . . .

    NOTICE -- (05/06/2020) Following the Governor's lifting of the directive which required "every person in the State of Missouri to avoid social gathereings of more than ten (10) people ... due to the coronavirus pandemic," Alexandria Baptist Church will resume Sunday morning worship beginning on Mother's Day, at 10:15 A.M., on Sunday, May 10, 2020. We will thereafter implement "a phased resumption of services," where one additional service will be resumed every 2 weeks. For example, Sunday Morning Bible Study (i.e., Sunday School) will resume on Sunday Morning, May 24th; Community Bible Study & Prayer will resume on Wednesday Evening, June 10th; and Discipleship Study will resume on Sunday Evening, June 28, 2020. Those planning to attend will be required to permit temperature monitoring, and employ 6 ft. social distancing between those individuals who are not of their immediate household.

    This suspension of all of our services was in response to the coronavirus global pandemic (COVID-19) which resulted in a national and statewide public health emergency.

    The Church did not close, but remained open and available to minister to individuals and to help meet needs in JESUS's Name, and for prayer. Weekly messages were streamed live on Facebook social media each and every Sunday Morning, at the regular worship time, from the Church worship sanctuary. This practice continues to-date. During the time in which services were suspended, the Church Family was reminded of the following: "We will get through this together, through faith and trust in the Sovereign LORD as the Body of CHRIST, and by the aid of the indwelling Holy Spirit."  <><
